Big Thank you to Jay Dunacusky, the sales person who greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The following day he found the vehicle at another dealership and went himself to retrieve it and the next day I went and purchased the car. being a female senior deciding on a dealership, choosing on the brand of car and taking the steps to finally purchase the car is very stressful to me. If Jay succeeded in putting my worries and concerns to rest, he needs to receive a gold medal. Connor McCown, the finance manager, was another superstar. These two guys are so transparent and honest in their transactions that it is very hard to find anywhere else. Employees are what makes a company.
