Overall experience would rank as average. Service was completed timely for a recall on my 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Wasn’t made to feel like my business was important to them. There was obviously some form of grift or at the least malicious marketing going in an attempt to turn me into a long term patient instead of diagnosing the root cause of the issuse. The $305 diagnosis f malicious marketing going in an attempt to turn me into a long term patient instead of diagnosing the root cause of the issuse. The $305 diagnosis fee is only a partial diagnosis and I was being prompted to pay 4k in repairs before diagnosing any further. None of the 4k in repairs even fit the root of my issue. I would not recommend them unless you are covered under warranty. There is definitely some malicious intent going on in the service department. More
