Well I got to look under the hood and didn't have to tell the sale person why I wanted to look under the hood. WhereI found some rust on the dip stick,which he said was some oil. but it was rust which he cou the sale person why I wanted to look under the hood. Sales team said car I wanted was sold but there had been a delivery that morning. They checked and found the exact car I wanted and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I did not enjoy my experience with Kari Ruddle. She I did not enjoy my experience with Kari Ruddle. She started off ok but progressively got more and more rude as I was closing the deal. I almost walke I did not enjoy my experience with Kari Ruddle. She started off ok but progressively got more and more rude as I was closing the deal. I almost walked away before signing because she did not seem like she wanted to help me. The vehicle I bought has damage to the passenger seat and to the glove box. These were not mentioned to me when I was signing the documents or when I picked up my vehicle. The salesmen I worked with, Jay and his associate, were very kind and even loaned me a vehicle until mine was ready but overall the bad outweighed the good. I wanted to like them but I will not come back here for a vehicle next time. I also ended up paying more than I wanted to. I should have walked away. More
