Terrible! I told them I wanted the car. They said it needed serviced & detailed. Told me they would not sell it out from under me. Few days later I called and I told them I wanted the car. Next day I went to Indy, bought newer model, lower mileage. Better deal. More

Asked twice for information on the car. . received 2 emails asking to make appointment.. then 4 days later received a phone call asking for appt.. If I had received the information I wanted . received 2 emails asking to make appointment.. then 4 days later received a phone call asking for appt.. If I had received the information I wanted I would have paid cash for car same day.. They lost a sale due to auto replies on email and they lost a customer due to whoever is in charge of social media replies being to busy to read a email.. btw.. the car I wanted is still for sale.. There was no negotiation on price, I give them everything they ask & our old truck was sold next day for their profit witch is ok , however I should get vip service for that “paying full price” st everything they ask & our old truck was sold next day for their profit witch is ok , however I should get vip service for that “paying full price” store manager took our new truck home when we had planned on coming to buy it witch also was an issue truck was filthy with dent’s and dings not listed or discounted “bent bumper & dent I.
