As expected, the finance department was an annoying experience. Just be strong and continue to say no if you do not want an extended warranty. They can be had for much cheaper elsewhere. 2nd Purchase from Norm Reeves Honda. First purchase was a Pre-Owned 2020 Nissan Kicks - did everything on-line - final purchase was a breeze & we we're in/out in less than hour. 2nd purc First purchase was a Pre-Owned 2020 Nissan Kicks - did everything on-line - final purchase was a breeze & we we're in/out in less than hour. 2nd purchase was a wee bit more complicated as we had a trade & it took longer to try to settle a fair value for the Trade. Problem across most dealerships whom use KBB - KBB will give you a XYZ value as trade - take said value to the dealership - or - use the dealerships own KBB eval tool & your automatically look upto a $5k difference between KBB's "fair trade" value & the dealerships own KBB eval tool. Thus - our new purchase was 4+ hours - which honestly does NOT thrill me - add to the issue - it was late & the snack bar in the dealership was closed. Coffee was old & stale - water was fine - but - it would have been nice if the snack bar was open & coffee could have been fresh. OVER All - the sales experience & finance experience was ALOT better then other dealerships in the greater DFW area. Our new Honda Civic was delivered clean & properly prepped & we've had not issues. Both Honda US & the dealership have been great in follow up's - making sure everything is fine post sale. Highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda. More
