my issue was not fully addressed. i was told by my advisor a tech would be there when i picked up to see my issue and there wasn't (the issue that's already been fixed once but the cu i was told by my advisor a tech would be there when i picked up to see my issue and there wasn't (the issue that's already been fixed once but the current tech is saying it operates normally when the last tech said the housing was stripped). he was gone for the night but another advisor took a video and i was told id get a call the following day. never got a call. I also got into the vehicle with black fingerprints and hand marks all over the headliner near the sunvisors and on my sunvisors. and no one even offered to help clean it off. super uncool and unprofessional to leave that like that. its been issue after issue with this service department and i keep giving the benefit of the doubt and i'm unenthused with the experience every time. More
