They had two of these on the lot but was advised one had been sold. I couldn't just run down to check the other out so I had to rely on Mr. Snipes to be my eyes as I had certain requirements. He stayed in touch with me as often as I needed information. I drove to the dealer and discovered that the one vehicle I wanted had issues. I drove home disappointed not with him but with the truck. He called me the following day and told me that the truck I really wanted was now available as the initial purchasers deal did not consummate. He sent me a window sticker, answered all my questions, stayed in constant contact. I schedule another trip with my wife to check out the vehicle. Exactly what I wanted. I purchased the vehicle. I want to thank Mr. Snipes for his diligence and perseverance. More

First off, the sales people do not work on commission, and to prove it, we left the lot MULTIPLE times without ever being pressured into buying. We were looking for a Ford Escape, but I never feel comfortable buying something the first time I see it. Brent and Jay were completely understanding and let us test drive it multiple times. Then we came in to trade in our current vehicle, they ended up offering ALMOST as much as was owed on it, which never happens. It was definitely a deal I couldn't refuse. Now my wife and I are in our dream car, thanks to Two Rivers. More

Loyal customer to NEVER return! When it came tile to sign the final line of the sale, I negotiated for weather tech mats, and was told the tonneau cover that I was negotiating for wa When it came tile to sign the final line of the sale, I negotiated for weather tech mats, and was told the tonneau cover that I was negotiating for was $850 cost. I accepted the floor mats and also asked Jay the truck sales manager if I could purchase the tonneau cover at cost, his answer was yes. I signed and left a happy customer. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased with Two Rivers and traded 2 other cars with them. I arrived the following Saturday when my mats arrived and my tag was also installed. My salesman, Abe Khan, installed the mats and commented he ordered an extra mat because he was unsure of the one I needed. I inquired about the tonneau cover and had cash in pocket to buy, and was told, "Jay is not here and he has to approve" Returned once again on the following Saturday because the key code for the locks was not in the vehicle. The service advisor, Chuck Shelton, provided me with the code for the locks and showed me how it worked. I saw Abe, and at this time let him know the front mat was incorrect. He said let me check into it it, again, Jay is not here, and I'll get back to you I ordered the correct mat and awaited a call from Abe, it never came, so today I spoke with Tommy, the manager and informed him that the deal was not kept, and they lost a Loyal customer.
