Buyer beware! I recently purchased a used HR-V for my son at Honda Marysville. I chose to purchase there thinking that it would be checked out by Honda technicians and be a good value. After only 400 miles the car stopped running and the transmission is dead. The transmission fluid is full of metal shavings indicating that it’s been having issues for a while. The service records show that the Marysville service department replaced the transmission fluid prior to the sale. It looks like they were just trying to hide the problem so it could sell. Now they want $9000 to repair a car we financed for $12000. Worst horror story I’ve ever experienced with a car. I had bought my car there new and had been a loyal customer for over seven years. I will never go there again for a purchase or service. Honda Marysville used cars can’t be trusted. More
