There’s no way I would use this dealership again. They were quick to take the cash when I purchased a vehicle but they have been very slow about returning money they owe me. I bought a 2021 Jeep They were quick to take the cash when I purchased a vehicle but they have been very slow about returning money they owe me. I bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade in September 2021. I had planned to finance with my bank and even had the check with me to make the purchase, but they were able to get a better rate going through the dealership. During the purchase I added on an extended warranty and of course GAP. Well, November 03, 2021 & December 23, 2021 I had deer run into the side of the vehicle with the last one totaling the car (finally finalized in February with insurance). Called Five Star the beginning of February and told them I needed to cancel the GAP and Extended Warranty and they informed me I have to make the 80 mile (160 mile round trip) trip to sign paperwork. I made the drive and signed the paperwork and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get the check in the mail. Well, we’re pass all that. They won’t return my phone calls and every time I call I get passed around and put on hold. Never again will I buy a vehicle from Five Star Automotive Group. More
