From the moment I contacted Devin, I knew I was in good hands. He was responsive. I was asking about a specific vehicle and he got back to me with all of the specifications and made sure to let me know tha hands. He was responsive. I was asking about a specific vehicle and he got back to me with all of the specifications and made sure to let me know that if I had further questions to ask him. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, but just supportive and really tried to figure out what my needs were and what I was looking for and if he had a solution to those. He then went to his manager, and he and his manager worked up a great deal for me on the vehicle and was very clear about any other associated fees or additions so I didn’t feel like I was being manipulated or misled in any way. That sense of clarity and Direct communication was greatly appreciated by me and I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated by anyone. He delivered on everything that he said, and has been completely accessible throughout the entire process and post sale to make sure that I never felt like just another customer. Great work, Devin. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his demeanor even though he mentioned he has only worked there for 3 months. He answered all questions I had, explained everything thoroughly whether it was car details or while signing documents.I believe he has a great future ahead of him in this business and I would recommend Audi Napa Valley, and both of these gentlemen to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.
