The dealership has a program that will video when they're doing the inspection and showing the work that needed to be done. They did not do this on this service work that I requested. they recommended additi doing the inspection and showing the work that needed to be done. Shame on the service department for not using the technology that dealership has paid for so the customer can see the repairs that are needed. More

I called Monday morning at 9 o'clock to get an appointment. I tried three times nobody answered finally I left a message all day. Nobody called me back so I went ahead and mild. My daughter go in to get an oil change because last time I was there they said I don't have to make an appointment. I can just drop by so after three hours approximately finally the oil was changed, but I need fuel filters fixing to go on a trip but they were way too busy. I guess to do that or even to ask me if I wanted it done usually the app shows me what's being done to my truck and none of that showed up. I can't believe you leave a voicemail on a business phone and they don't call you back still haven't and today is Wednesday. More

And I appreciated that. I signed the agreement. I bring home $1407 a month. And I'm supposed to pay half of income for car payments? Then I hear on the radio Don Carlton Ford.
