Martin was very helpful with his explanation of the process and what to expect out of it. Even though our warranty was not accepted they still ran through it and advised us that they may be more wi process and what to expect out of it. Shoot straight no hassle, that’s what they say they will do. When I buy again this is the dealership I’m coming to. Service department, dozen nickel and dime you for every little thing. Express service took 2 hours to get a simple oil change. The customer service rep was cordial but I do feel he should have informed of the wait when I arrived.
