I've been wanting an Acura TLX when Acura announced discontinuing the model for 2026. I emailed Edmond Kim months before coming by to see the car. The finance manager was amazing to work with, and probably the best one I've ever worked with. Shout out to Jean-Pierre for making the finance part of the deal stress-free & a pleasant experience. I've always dreaded the finance part of the car-buying experience, but Jean-Pierre was top-notch in taking care of the customer. Thanks so much!! The whole staff at Marin Acura are amazing to work with. I even met the General Manager, and she was also had a vibrant pleasant aura about her. The sales person was excellent-Christine Brown. She followed up with a quick fix it after I had purchased the car -used, as is. But a small oil leak due to needing a new drain plug. Jean-Pierre was also ease to work with on my paperwork, he was upfront about pricing, additional cost, and financing options, I didn't feel any pressure about him trying to upsell anything that I didn't need.
