As a professional in the car industry I will guarantee you that buying a car from me is far from being a transaction between two people, but an ultimate experience that will be an unforgettable one that would live you with the feeling of a job well done!

Unfortunately, this was a negative experience from start to finish. When we arrived on the lot we told Jean Preval we wanted a RAV4. He said, "We don't have any, but I can sell you a used Prius." It took us to finish. When we arrived on the lot we told Jean Preval we wanted a RAV4. He said, "We don't have any, but I can sell you a used Prius." It took us a few times to convince him we really wanted a RAV4. I asked "So, there are no RAV4s available anywhere in the country?" He said, yes there are and pulled up a list of dozens of available RAV4s. He called my wife "honey," was completely disorganized and wandered away from the desk a dozen times without telling us where he was going. When we talked trade in value he became defensive and argumentative. I spent the next day calling any dealership but this one looking for a car. The General Manager, James Calihan, was understanding and helpful and I enjoyed my conversations with him. We were looking forward to picking up our car, but that experience was as bad as the first. We were brought into an office with burned out lightbulbs stored under the desk. The gentleman who gave is the paper work ignored my wife and made a joke about maybe filling out the check to him with maybe a few extra zeros. That was completely inappropriate tone deaf. When getting into the car someone else came out and asked to get a copy of my license. This was the third time I gave someone my license so they could make a copy. A few days later they called to tell me my car insurance company didn't have a record of me. I had just spoken to them that morning so I know that was incorrect. I ended up giving the guy my account number and the insurance fax number. I don't know how they couldn't find me. Presumably they call car companies all the time. If James or someone would like more details, or some suggestions for improvement, I have expertise in this area and would be happy to offer additional thoughts. More

Jean was amazing and professional. He made us feel safe and heard in making this investment. He was very resourceful and charismatic. I will definitely be going back to him when I need another car. and heard in making this investment. He was very resourceful and charismatic.
