Outstanding Friendliness it started from the time that we caught Cliff Jones trying to go home on 8/30. He spotted us and instead of going home he took us back into the sho it started from the time that we caught Cliff Jones trying to go home on 8/30. He spotted us and instead of going home he took us back into the showroom and started working again. He was very nice to us. we told him what we were interested in and he made every effort to help us. the vehicle we were looking at was not yet received so he said he would have it test driving worthy the next day and we could take it for a ride then. he communicated with me throughout the following day, letting me know when the vehicle was ready for us. when we showed up on 8/31, we were greeted right away with Cliff who handed us over to Jeffery Bradley who was just as pleasant and polite as Cliff. Jeffery took us and spent the next 4 hours with us explaining everything we needed to know about the 2017 Chevy Trax that we were interested in. He answered all our questions honestly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure on us at all to make a decision in a hurry. We did not expect to drive home a new car the same day we looked at one, but the whole team worked hard and late to ensure that we were able to drive away with the car we liked. They even bought us dinner for the night.
