Fast, friendly, and sincerely wants to help. I had just gone to another dealership to test run a new car. The difference between the two dealerships was impressive. Jeff met me outside and assure I had just gone to another dealership to test run a new car. The difference between the two dealerships was impressive. Jeff met me outside and assured me that I would find my car that day. I told him what was most important to me and he made sure to show me a car that had what I wanted. When I suggested that maybe I might be happier with an Equinox he immediately looked up the price difference. I told him I did not want it in white, within 5 minutes he had a beautiful Pacific Blue Equinox waiting for me outside. I told him the price I was quoted at the other dealership and he offered me the same price and sealed the deal. I told him I was traumatized from waiting 5 hours to fill all the paperwork when purchasing my previous car. He had me on the road in my new car in 2 hours. Great job Jeff! More
