I was surprised at how smooth my experience was from stopping by just to see what they had in stock to buying a new 2021 Tahoe a few days later. I appreciated the effort and kindness that was put into my experience. Everyone was really great. I have already sent some folks to visit to look for a new car, even my mom. Jeff was so nice to have some cars pulled around front for her to test drive while I was there to pick my car up at the dealership. The only thing that was negative for me was the meeting with the finance guy. I did not feel like he was very friendly toward me that day.
