We bought a used car from Toyota Bountiful about a month ago. A part on the automactic door went out. It was a part that the dealership replaced before they sold us the car. So we broght it in to be repaired. Long story short it is now repaired after some back and forth with some folks. It didn't start out good but by the end they have exeeded our expectations. When I drove on the Toyota Bountiful lot to look for a truck I noticed a salesman approaching while I was exiting my vehicle. Jeff Christensen introduced himself to me and my 10 year old daughter and offered to assist me with finding the perfect truck to fit my needs. It only took a few words from Jeff before I realized, wow I am fortunate to have such a genuine & caring salesman who actually listened to my wants & needs and who was willing to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Jeff found the perfect truck that fit my needs and budget and as a bonus it was my very favorite color. I quickly fell in love with this truck and dreaded the fact that it was time to will and deal. In my past experience dealing with the price game and financing was a total drain, but to my astonishment Jeff and Scott treated me with respect and fairness. I could tell they really cared about what was important to me and again my budget and we worked out a deal that was above and beyond any past car purchases from other dealers. Wow I thought, no games! No Gimmicks! No Tricks. I actually found that purchasing a car from Toyota Bountiful was for no better words "Stress Free". Jeff and Scott was very customer oriented down to the last detail. Scott helped me with the perfect financing that not only met my credit needs but also that would help me increase my future credit score and track record. I gave a perfect score in all areas because I truely believe that Toyota Bountiful far exceded what customers expect with a car purchase. I also want to thank the service department (Tony Randall) for their hard work and detailed care to make my new truck perfect and ready for me to hit the road! We settled on a good price, at least as compared to three other dealers I contacted, and Jeff followed through in every detail. We arrived at the dealership about an hour earlier than expected and departed in a new Prius about 2 1/2 hours later. Everyone else we worked with was professional, friendly and fast. Jeff showed us how to operate the Prius and has followed up via email and phone to make sure everything is satisfactory. As I said, the best car buying experience ever. Thanks, Jeff! More

We have purchased 3 Toyotas in the past 5 years prior to our recent dealings with Jeff Christison. All of the transactions were fairly smooth (except for with a dealership located in Murray who we won't nam our recent dealings with Jeff Christison. We finally had taken our business out of state because it just seemed like Utah dealers were more interested in you begging them to sell you a car rather than they need to earn your business. Our experiences had been much better in Nevada and that is where we decided we'd buy all vehicles from now on. In steps Jeff.... on a whim I decided to contact the local dealers for a price via their internet departments before I flew out to Carson City to pick up my new 4Runner or Tacoma. Much to my surprise, I got an immediate response from Jeff at Toyota of Bountiful, and not only was his price right on target, it was a local deal so I wouldn't have to fly to Nevada again! Yahoo! Jeff was extremely helpful through the whole process. Kind and genuine. He's the most honest man I've dealt with in the car business and genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome at the dealership, and when it was all said and done and the exact vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot he just said "No pressure, we've got one in the pipeline we'll get and I'll give you the price we talked about." (Which was an amazing price!). I'm no rookie when it comes to car buying, and I've dealt with the best of the best and sadly the worst of the worst. Jeff is literally the best of the best of the best. Never have I been treated with as much kindness and respect. To top it all off... when my vehicle arrived my bank acted like a bunch of clowns and Jeff just held the vehicle from being sold for me and we worked out the issues the next day without a problem. Then when I got the check for the vehicle, but wasn't going to be able to get a ride to Bountiful from Orem that night because of a recent back surgery, then Jeff just drove the thing down for me and brought the remaining paperwork for myself and my wife to sign. He and one of the lot techs just caravaned down to our house together and Jeff came in and finished the deal in our home outside of his normal worktime (about 9:00 at night) because it wa most convenient for US. What a guy! I will never buy from another dealer again. That's a promise. I will call Jeff first every time and we'll strike a fair deal for both of us. Maybe I just gave up all of my bargaining power by saying that... but Jeff isn't the type of guy that would use a positive review against a buyer. :) He's a genuinely good man that works in a field where there are some that give the whole business a bad name. He knows his stuff. His co-workers are all friendly as well, and as I've had a question here or there about different features or special order accessory parts Jeff has emailed or called back almost immediately with all of the info I need. He won't sell you something you don't need, he won't badmouth other dealers, he won't even badmouth other car manufacturers. He just does his best to help you as a customer locate the vehicle you need and frankly I can't tell you how much that means to me. It takes 75% of the stress out of the process because there is no hard sell. Just an honest guy who is great at what he does. I'd absolutely recommend this dealership for your new car purchases. I've worked in the business as an independent mechanic and I've sold quite a few vehicles myself on my own, but I've never encountered somebody with the knowledge and all around good that Jeff has. I am NOT the type to write online reviews, but for Jeff, I'll gladly vouch for him any day and would give him a personal reference to anybody who asked. Top notch guy, top notch dealership, and I didn't have buyer's remorse for 1 second. That's a first for me in the car buying experiences of my life. Thanks Jeff! We're loving our new Tacoma!!! More
