Ford Corporate just bought back my 2025 F-150 under the Lemon Law, and during that process, I discovered this dealership illegally sold me the truck with an active safety stop-sale recall.My experience with their service department was a complete nightmare:Incompetence: At 2,000 miles, the engine started knocking. A tech told me the engine blew up, but the service manager kept it for days, blamed an "inexperienced" mechanic, and gave me back a broken truck.Dishonesty: They kept my truck for a week for a rear-end recall, claiming they had the parts. They did no work, lied about fixing it, and gave it back unrepaired.Property Damage: They dented my rear quarter panel while it was in their shop. It took three days to fix, and they returned my truck with the entire interior covered in bondo dust.Horrible Service: The staff and management were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish.They sell unsafe vehicles, lie about safety repairs, damage your property, and treat you terribly. Take your business elsewhere. More
