Especially this time since the vehicle I wanted was a pretty hard to find special-order that we had to pull in from another city. He is practically a member of the family now. This time around my current car was on its last leg and it was not in our best interest to pay to have it repaired. I called Jeff worried that not only was I upside down in my current vehicle but that I would not be able to find something new within my budget. I'm not sure hindsight why I was worried. I should have knew Jeff would work his magic like he had so many times in the past. Sure enough Jeff came through and not only met my (already high) expectations but surpassed them. Jeff was able to find me a brand new 2019 SUV with all the features I was looking for and could afford. He really has his client's best interest at heart.
