Jeff is very personable and easy to work with. I recommend working with Jeff for your next vehicle purchase. Erica made the purchasing process very easy and took the time to explain warranty options to me that made sense for my vehicle (2015 Highlander) and my lifestyle. I wasn't sure when I first started the process. Got a call the next day and was introduced to a man named Jeff Fernandez and from that point on it was a very easy enjoyable fun experience. Man is very knowledgeable of what's going on at the dealership and extremely helpful to answer questions for me being a first time new car buyer. He was a total and absolute professional. As far as I'm concerned I will not buy another car from anyone except for him. I have already referred 3 people to go and see him and I will continue to do that! More
