Bought 3 new vehicles at 3 different dealerships this year. (2022). I wish I had started with Jim Browne. The 1st two were nightmares. Hidden costs, confusing invoices, salespeople and sales managers tha year. (2022). I wish I had started with Jim Browne. The 1st two were nightmares. Hidden costs, confusing invoices, salespeople and sales managers that simply did not care. Cars were hard to come by and these first two dealers took huge advantages because they knew they could get away with it. Jim Browne was a breath of fresh air. Going in, expecting the worst and ended up having the most pleasurable time buying my latest car. I can't say enough about this dealership. Drive the extra distance if you have to, it is well worth it. One more thing, I researched the car I wanted all across the nation from Florida to California. Jim Browne had one of the best (if not THE best) price around. Well worth the 120 mile drive! More

20 days after purchase, took my brand new vehicle in complaining of electrical and transmission issues and was told "i put too much gas in it" and i was having "buyers remorse." At day 45, my transmissi complaining of electrical and transmission issues and was told "i put too much gas in it" and i was having "buyers remorse." At day 45, my transmission goes out and I am stranded on the interstate. After almost a month of driving a rental I get the car back with no gas in it. This is my third new vehicle purchase and by far the worst experience ive ever had. The customer service is terrible...i finally called customer relations because i was getting no updates on the vehicle. They offered nothing for the inconvenience of the whole situation either. No Sirius extension, warranty extensions, nothing. It was like they did me a favor for covering the cost of a faulty transmission. The fact that they gave me the car back with the gas light on was the final slap in the face. I have an annoying rattle coming from the engine now that im not even willing to have them look at. Save yourself a headache and some money and go somewhere else. The lack of communication and chaos among staff should be enough to deter anyone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED More
