I felt like the entire team at Alan Jay was attentive and customer cen car buying experience I have ever had and I have had quite a few experiences. I felt like the entire team at Alan Jay was attentive and customer centered. I really feel like they cared about the customer experience. To start Jorge Basulto was refreshing to do the sale with. I had gone on my work site for employee pricing and was so happy to see all the numbers matched up when presented with the sales contract. Jorge assured me that the Rav 4 was certified and in condition I should expect prior to me driving 2.5 hours to look at the Rav4.. I felt that Ruslan Grinchenko was likewise efficient and very personable and made me feel like I was doing business with a top rate dealership. In finance Jeff Johnson answered my questions and provide information I was not aware of that was helpful. Everyone stayed past closing time to complete my purchase. I will be spreading the word. My mom recently took her 2010 Toyota Camry for service (because she received a card in the mail, recommending she make an appointment). The service department at the Sebring dealership performed an oil ch (because she received a card in the mail, recommending she make an appointment). The service department at the Sebring dealership performed an oil change and replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. Regarding the oil change, she had only 847 miles on her car since her last service in June 2020! After waiting two hours for services performed, my mother was surprised when she received an invoice of over $600! Mom bought the car from Alan Jay 10 years ago and has always had it serviced there. She trusted them to be honest and provide good service. Instead, my 91 year old mother was ripped off. It makes me wonder how many other seniors are taken advantage of by this dealer. More
