Highly recommend Zimbrick Buick I decided to look for newer vehicle and stopped by Zimbrick West 1st as I previously drove a Buick Lacrosse and had been very satisfied with its depen I decided to look for newer vehicle and stopped by Zimbrick West 1st as I previously drove a Buick Lacrosse and had been very satisfied with its dependability and performance. Fred Ringhand explained the different models and let me take a 2016 Buick Encore home for weekend to test drive. I loved the vehicle from 1st moment I got inside. As I didn't like the color option at Zimbrick West, I returned vehicle to Fred and told him I wanted to look at Zimbrick East (ZE). He contacted Tom McConnell at ZE location and told him I would be coming over. When I got to ZE, Tom was standing outside and immediately greeted me, showed me the vehicles I had expressed interest in, and let me test drive vehicles. He offered me information on different vehicles such as FWD vs. AWD. He was patient and kind with all my questions and indecisiveness and helped make the process of purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable. Thank you Tom and Fred! More

Brad Dennis is a superstar! I met Brad Dennis by accident when I drove into the wrong Zimbrick Eastside dealership for a scheduled appointment. Brad stood out because he had stop I met Brad Dennis by accident when I drove into the wrong Zimbrick Eastside dealership for a scheduled appointment. Brad stood out because he had stopped and taken the time to direct me to the correct dealership. I had very disappointing experience at the other dealership. I called Brad the next day, asked him if he remembered me and when he said, "Yes", I explained my disappointing experience from the day before, what I was looking for and he stepped up and said, "Give me an hour and I will call you back with what all of our lots have available." Needless to say he kept his word, found me a great previously owned vehicle and got me in the car of my dreams. He is an asset to Zimbrick Buick GMC Eastside for sure. More

He was not pushy what so ever, he answered every question I had (even the dumb ones), he worked well with my schedule and made sure my experience at Zimbrick was one I did not have to stress about. I went in looking at a specific vehicle I found on their website and after my test drive he showed me one he thought I might like better. I told him my must haves and with that, he was right! He talked over the differences with me and next thing I knew I was driving my new GMC. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and even that was easy. Mike gave me an extremely fair quote for a trade in price and Jeff from finance made it easy with the bank process. The whole trading and buying process was quick and easy.
