I was looking for a lease online and requested quotes from three different dealers. Mark Torelli was the first to reply to my online request, hours and even a day ahead of the other dealers. The other dealers would not acknowledge their nationally advertise lease options let alone honor them. The showroom experience was exceptional, low pressure and pleasant. Our 2001 beetle left us strandedon a Saturday. We had it towed to the dealership for repairs. The service manager and service writer waited after hours for us and called ans secured us a rental until our ca towed to the dealership for repairs. It was found that the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. We were in a tight spot. Bruce, Jeff, and Danny made a very difficult situation a good deal for us by using the fantastic sales programs offered by Volkswagen. I would definitely buy another car from Bruce and Pete Moore and would recommend to others to do the same. More

The entire process of buying a "new" Used vehicle from Pete Moore Volkswagen was truly GREAT.. I found the car that I was interested in on the dealerships web page. My husband called the next day to see if It was still available. Mark Torelli was the salesman my husband spoke to on the phone. Mark ask a few questions--and answered all of my husband"s question. After work, we headed for the dealership. Mark met us at the door and walk us thru the whole sale. We had a Volkswagen Beetle but wanted a full size van. We had a price and a set amount we could afford to spend per month... The dealership was able to meet both of these amounts. We have had Volkswagens before.but The staff at Pete Moore's is the best we have dealt with--especially Mark(salesman) Jeff Korel(sales manager and Kim Griffith (finance), We have and will continue to reconmend the dealership to everyone. I have bought several new cars over the years and have been happy with them all, with only one major breakdown, the service department made it go very easy. My wife bought her second car now from Mr. Cri been happy with them all, with only one major breakdown, the service department made it go very easy. My wife bought her second car now from Mr. Cribb just a couple weeks before I bought mine. I usally go through Mr. Cribb, but due to a family health problem that took him out of town, he still worked with me by phone while I was driving to the dealership which takes about 2 hours, having me contact Jeff Koral who set me up with Bruce Harman. Bruce knew what I was looking for pretty much and only looked at two cars. The one I saw on the internet was the one I looked at first. I didn't like the interior so Bruce showed me the one that I bought. Bruce knew I had an older Jetta, but took the time to show me all the new changes in the model year. It was nice not to have to play the so called auto dealer games that makes car buying a real pain in the you know where. The service department has gone out of their way, except for the joke of the big screen TV hint, hint, LOL, and given me great service, keeping me informed of any problems with my cars, with very little down time when there were problems. The routine maintenance was done in short order. More

After months of stressing about purchasing a car for my daughter, I found the Pete Moore Dealership on line. Mark Torelli was the internet sales person that contacted me. I needed to buy two cars, one for daughter, I found the Pete Moore Dealership on line. Mark Torelli was the internet sales person that contacted me. I needed to buy two cars, one for my daughter and one for myself. The response time on every email back to me was outstanding. I am very busy with work and my four children. I have had a hard time leaving the computer to go "look" at cars. Mark stayed late on a Friday night along with Jeff and Aaron for me to drive over from Mobile to take a look at the cars I had found on line. After my test drives, the purchase process was quick. These three gentlemen stayed to finish the transaction and also offered to let me pick the cars up on a closed day, Sunday. They worked around my schedule! I will definitely recommend Pete Moore and Mark to everyone I know. It was well worth the drive. I will go back to them first for my next purchase. More
