My car buying journey began at Pete Moore service department after some undesirable circumstances with my previous vehicle. I began with an idea of what I wanted before deciding to take my time and look at every option within the area that fit my price-point and selection criterion. My last car was a Volkswagen so I was comfortable choosing another VW, however I looked at every other make. I perceived that there was added value with another VW dealer nearby and drove to see their models as well. Pete Moore Imports was my last stop and I was lucky enough to sit down with Jeff Korel and Mark Torelli. I explained every one of my concerns, and my experience. They listened and asked to hear more which I gladly revealed the details from the service center to sitting down with them that day. I could not believe they took the time to hear all of my concerns and provide me an offer that I could not refuse. They had no idea I had already signed for another VW with someone else, but I just felt that they would go above and beyond because they understood. I may never seen another dealership in my life! I understand they can help me get with any vehicle, and I plan on taking Jeff and Mark up on that offer- if and only if I decide the next few VW's my family and I buy from them are not enough. They worked with me to the very end, and ensured I was happy leaving with every warranty I asked for as well packaged together. I thought I would be driving away in something used, and they directed me to what they knew would fit in a New Car!
