The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up and arranged for Champion's driver to pick me up. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being charged. After I looked at it more closely, it was obvious that the bill was for 1 quart of oil and the rest was labor and miscellaneous items. More

Tried to buy tires for my truck. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I called on Wednesday, was told the tires I wanted were at the warehouse and should be there Thursday. I got a Absolutely the worst experience ever. I called on Wednesday, was told the tires I wanted were at the warehouse and should be there Thursday. I got a text Thursday saying that “service was complete”. I called an asked if the tires had came in. I was told “no, that means they were ordered”. So, now I’m thinking they will be there Friday… no call. By Monday, I had received two texts and five emails… FIVE! One email had my receipt where I had to pay just to get the tires ordered. Three other emails were surveys asking me to rate the service performed… a bit premature, don’t you think?! Monday morning I still had not heard anything, so I called. I got the worst runaround in my life… I talked to at least five different people, not one knowing anything about my order. After the third call, I asked to speak to the service manager. Of course, he was “not available”. A woman said she would give him the message and he would call me back. After another hour he had not returned my call. This isa no-no for me… to have a dissatisfied customer ask to speak to the manager, and he cannot do his job of even returning a phone call. I called another store, ordered my tires without having to pay a deposit. I will NEVER do business with your dealership/garage again. More
