First time visit, first service on my truck that I bought out of state. Upon arrival, everybody was so serious. You’d have thought everybody was getting fired with how there was no smiling or welcoming entra out of state. Upon arrival, everybody was so serious. You’d have thought everybody was getting fired with how there was no smiling or welcoming entrance. I didn’t even get a “hello, welcome to champion, we’ll be right with you… yada yada yada”. Did they think I was there to rob the place 🤔, maybe but I’m not sure. Anyways, they only had Pepsi in the machine out of like 12 selections… just Pepsi lol. But the technicians were great with my truck, there was a window I was watching through and they did thoroughly go through my truck and check everything, some wonder if they do that behind doors, but they did great, I was pleased with them. I was in and out relatively quick so that was great! More

The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up and arranged for Champion's driver to pick me up. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being charged. After I looked at it more closely, it was obvious that the bill was for 1 quart of oil and the rest was labor and miscellaneous items. More
