Jeff and Richard, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness, willingness, time, honesty, and professionalism in making sure I made the right choice. Audi of Chattanooga was not my first choice. We came to the dealership to compare prices. I told them the “deal” I had found on a used car at another dealership. They didn’t deny it was a good deal. Never once did Jeff or Richard pressure or try to “sell” me one of their cars but instead made a fantastic offer on a brand new car. Both even stayed after hours to see me off. You have a customer for life. Thanks again! More

Richard was very much flexible and creative in putting together a finance package which worked within my budget. Robert went through the paperwork quickly for me as I had been there already for over two hours. He as was Richard was flexible and worked with me on some items on which I had questions. He also did not push any packages in which I was not interested. The one item on which needs improvement was my wait time from agreeing on the terms of the purchase to when I was actually able to sit down and go through the paperwork. More
