I brought my car in without an appointment because my battery went dead twice in one week. I had just bought the car about 2-3 months ago. I was able to wait while they checked it out and they gave me a battery went dead twice in one week. I had just bought the car about 2-3 months ago. Both Sales and Service is top notch. I moved to the area back in 2018 and regularly brought my 2012 CRV to their Service Department. When I started looking into at a 2020 Pilot, I went to several other Hon back in 2018 and regularly brought my 2012 CRV to their Service Department. When I started looking into at a 2020 Pilot, I went to several other Honda dealerships which lured me in only to find out they did not have the vehicle, and I was using the Costco pricing. Very disheartening. One even when as far as telling me there weren’t any new or use Pilot Touring in the area. I went on Truecar which pointed me back to Honda of Ffe who had both new and used 2020 Honda. I appreciated my sales person so much Jin, who made me feel like family. Love this dealership and Service department! More

This visit was off of the mark. Lubricant left on all tires after new tire installation. Car not washed as requested. Visit was not handled by Jeff our long time service advisor.
