From the time I drove in the young woman greeted me with a smile and brought me to my service consultant Lee St. Jean. He was really nice and professional and answered all my questions. I had an issue becau a smile and brought me to my service consultant Lee St. Jean. He was really nice and professional and answered all my questions. I had an issue because of a defective part they had installed and Jeffrey Price was so helpful getting it resolved with the service manager. This would have been a perfect experience except for one toxic rude woman. Satch Audio I was told is in IT there. I believe she needs some customer service training. She probably has not had any because she doesn’t normally deal with customers but she should still learn how to deal with people without being rude. I think it could benefit her working in an office situation as well and elevate the toxic environment she creates. It is apparent Toyota of Nashua values their customers and I think that training should be carried through the entire dealership. Thank you to all the employees that have made my experiences positive. More

I not only bought my car at Toyota of Nashua but also had 90% of my services there. When I brought it in with concerns regarding my brakes in December, they told me nothing was wrong, it could be ice, it was 90% of my services there. When I brought it in with concerns regarding my brakes in December, they told me nothing was wrong, it could be ice, it was safe to drive, and to keep driving it. Since they are where I've had my services, I trusted what they said. Two months later it was still making the same noise, and it had gotten a little warmer so obviously no ice stuck. I brought it to IRA Toyota, and it was diagnosed it as a missing mounting bolt which is something that has been missing or loose for a while causing damage to my car and that the car had been unsafe for a while. Now Toyota of Nashua is blaming another mechanic and myself instead of accepting that they did not do their due diligence by checking out the vehicle. I am also disappointed that their service director, Jeff Price, told me "I'm only looking for someone to blame" when they're doing exactly that by first blaming another mechanic and then when that didn't work blaming me and saying that "It's clearly safe to drive if I’ve been driving it". I was also told that it wasn't their problem and that I was the one at fault. They refused to take responsibility for any wrongdoing and now expect me to pay thousands of dollars to fix something that could’ve been avoided had they checked the vehicle out correctly the first time. As someone who has limited car knowledge, I take full responsibility that I trusted the wrong people who while providing questionable service also provided terrible customer service. I think consumers should be weary before using Toyota of Nashua for their car service needs. More

The service department once again went above and beyond to satisfy. On a routine maintenance visit, upon request, they took efforts to remove a small stain from the driver seat. Toyota of Nashua has the worst, most unorganized service department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they told me, otherwise, I would not have moved forward with buying the car. After having the 2020 Corolla for 9 months, the whole system including airbags, heating, windshield wipers, headlights, etc. started to malfunction. I made an apt for Thursday 2/1/24. With no updates I called the next evening and they had not even looked at the car. It is now Tuesday 2/6 and they STILL have not looked at my car. I told them I will be there today after work to enable the device in my car so they can work on it and got the okay! But when I got there they told me they don’t have time. I now have to take a day out of work to hold their hand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE! More
