We bought a vehicle from Schrier then had them detail and put the ceramic wrap on it. Big shout out to the guys that did this. Awesome job! It looks so great. Went in on 3/2/22 to look at a vehicle I had seen on their website, they all were very nice. I explained to them all my credit information and what kind of situation I was in, they were the first dealer their website, they all were very nice. I explained to them all my credit information and what kind of situation I was in, they were the first dealership I allowed to run my credit while I was looking for a car. After running my credit they said they can only approve me for a 10k car, I asked them if there was anyway I can put more $$ down and Joel said it no because they still couldn’t get me approved. I then looked into a Mazda 6 they had it was a 2018 with High miles, they also had a 2017 Mazda C was LOWER miles the EXACT same price tags on them, I told Joel if I could apply for the Mazda 6 the one with MORE miles on and let them run my credit again, I then got told to send in my co signers and I’s bank statements showing I make my income, when I did, Joell said she can get me approved on the Mazda C that had less miles but it was a diff car but not the Mazda 6 ( again they both were the EXACT same price!!) I asked why and she said if I wanted to get the Mazda 6 with MORE miles on it they would need a down payment of 6500 but if I got the Mazda with LESS miles on it but the SAME price tag they only wanted 4500 down. It made absolutely no sense at all on why they would want more down a car with more miles then a car with less miles and then being the same exact price. I still sent in all my paper work and asked her if they could see if I could possibly get the Mazda 6 since they are the same price, after sending in ALL mu co-signers and I’s paper work on 3/4/22, I waited and waited and texted her to just keep me updated. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! It’s been weeks now and not even a hey sorry didn’t get a approved or something came up, NOTHING. These people just wanted to sell me the car THEY wanted and run my credit, after running it they don’t even try for you or even contact you back ever again which to me them knowing I was car less and needed a car was extremely unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend only because they could of reached back out, I never knew what happened with all the paperwork I sent or even never knew what the banks said. Super disappointed and really was not expecting for these people to act this way. So no I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like to be left with absolutely no answers and treated like you are not worthy of there cars with high miles! More

The whole experience was extravagant, from the time I talked to Russ on the phone, to the time I walked out the door with the keys in my hand. I was in their office for about 30 min. max and they had all talked to Russ on the phone, to the time I walked out the door with the keys in my hand. I was in their office for about 30 min. max and they had all of the paperwork done. Which was great cause I went on my lunch break. I mean these guys Chuck and Russ up at Schrier Automotive really know their cars. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a car that best fits you then go check these guys out.
