Dani, Your representation/understanding of the situation is, unfortunately, very wrong. You were told that your co-signor wouldn’t be adequate as the bank was not accepting what was provided for her income, thus leaving the ball in your court. There was no further discussion necessary on our end as we had exhausted all efforts in attempt to make something work for you. JoEll was incredibly discouraged reading your review as she really felt she went above and beyond to help and answer your questions. Our relationships with our guests are extremely important to us and our interactions with you were nothing short of what we strive for.

Hi. I wish I was “very wrong about the situation” but you and all of your workers know I am not wrong. I would appreciate it if you guys took some accountability for not calling me back to ATLEAST let me know that I was not approved with my co-signer. Joell herself knows she never reached back out after me sending in all my paperwork and my co signers, I have text to prove I was waiting for a response that I NEVER received. So please don’t lie, just take some accountability. You guys shouldn’t treat possible clients the way I got treated, so that is why I left my honest review, to make sure other clients don’t get treated the way I was. I have absolutely no reason to lie, again you guys were very nice people but unfortunately customer service and going “above and beyond” like I was told, is a complete lie. I will gladly email you the LAST text of me and Joells conversation when she responded with “I have another client, I will reach back to you when I’m done with them”. Hopefully Joell can take some accountability and you all realize that this is not the professional way to go about things after treating me poorly after submitting my information and co signers and still sitting here telling me I am “not understanding the situation”. By far the WORST dealership I have dealt with, cannot even take accountability or have yet to apologize for the type of customer services I received. I am very happy I never got a call or a response back, I definitely would hate dealing with people who don’t know how to have some integrity and respect for others and most importantly take some accountability when they make mistakes, if you need further information please feel free to email me or don’t, again this is already a month ago. I now have a great car and don’t care to be going back and forth with people who cannot admit their faults so unprofessional on your company’s part. Thank you!
