We felt great about the deal we got, both the price on the vehicle we bought and what we got for our trade. The one downside was an extremely long wait for the financing to be ready, it was well over an hour which did not go over well with our kids who were with us. But we will definitely go back in 5 years or so when we're ready to buy again. More

He made sure we understood the Certified Pre Owned program and answered all of our questions related to the warranty. Although the truck was primarily for me, we needed to find the right vehicle for our family, and it was important to us that my wife was involved in the process, so that she was comfortable with the vehicle as well. Jeff made sure to involve both my wife and I in our buying experience, which we really appreciated. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. We'll definitely work with Jeff on our next purchase in the future. Thank you! More

A great buying experience After ten years our family was in the market for a used car. While researching online, three potential models were identified, all located at Zimbric After ten years our family was in the market for a used car. While researching online, three potential models were identified, all located at Zimbrick Eastside. Jeff Schumann introduced himself and was so helpful in providing the models to test drive. He was thoughtful of my car interests, my budget and my timeline. There was no "hard sell". After my car selection was made, Jeff went over and above to make the buying experience a great one. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff!! More
