Jeff was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to do some research for us and answered numerous questions before we ever stepped foot at the dealership. His honest and upfront approach immediately won us over. Once at the dealership the process was so smooth and easy. We are not people who enjoy car shopping and definitely not the haggling experiences we have had in the past. We dreaded having to do it again.
