I have been working with Jeff for about 3 years to get my Bronco. He has been amazing to work with - he keep me updated whenever there was news and once she arrived at the dealership Jeff was awesome - got h Bronco. Jeff Sleight did an excellent job making our car buying experience low pressure and easy. We contacted Jeff in September 2021 inquiring about a Lincoln model that none of the multiple car dealers in Portla experience low pressure and easy. We contacted Jeff in September 2021 inquiring about a Lincoln model that none of the multiple car dealers in Portland OR and surrounding areas had in stock to test drive. Jeff was honest and told us that Landmark did not have that model on their property but had two of the models we were inquiring about on order scheduled to arrive early 2022. We discussed our build order and told Jeff that we would not just make a factory order without first test driving the car, Jeff agreed with our decision and promised to reach out when the Lincoln we were interested in arrived. Jan 2022 Jeff email us and said that Landmark had a Lincoln on site we may be interested in. We met with Jeff that same day and the car was the exact model, color and drivetrain we were looking for. After agreeing on a fair price (MSRP), we drove away with our new Lincoln happy with our purchase. The buying experience was a little time consuming but overall an easy experience. Jeff did a great job on making the test drive and buying process as pleasant and pressure free as possible. Great job Jeff! More

We have been to a number of dealerships here in town. Jeff gave us the best experience of all the people/dealerships we've met. He helped us buy something (Lincoln MKX) that we otherwise would not have c Jeff gave us the best experience of all the people/dealerships we've met. He helped us buy something (Lincoln MKX) that we otherwise would not have considered just based on our online research. We love the car and we are very thankful for Jeff who helped find our car. Regarding the finance/sales dept experience (post-decision making): it was not the best. Mostly because I could not find precise answers to warranty, repairs required, etc. The warranty information they gave me was actually pretty much wrong. However, the service center at landmark ford walked me through the details of the warranty and was spot on. In the future, I think it would help if the sales dept communicates with the services team to get accurate repair and warranty information on used cars and provide it to the customers directly. More
