I’ve purchased over 15 vehicles in the last 10 years and this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were lied to multiple times about the vehicle being ready, the paperwork being ready, etc. Now, 32 days after the deal was done, my trade-in has still not been paid off, I don’t have the title for my new vehicle I purchased, so I can’t get the tag for it either. I’ve called 7-8 times over the last 2-3 weeks checking in on this paperwork/payoff and have not had one person call me back regarding the issue. More

Easy to work with and listened to what I was wanting before making it happen. Answered every question thoroughly and from what I can tell honestly. Old school dishonesty Made a mistake letting this place overcharge me for made up fees. Everyone Is your “family” until you dare question them about their charges. And definitely beware of their general manager all this guy done was inflame the situation. The thing I’m most ashamed about is I bought three cars at this place in the last 13 months to the tune of $115k and each deal got worse. But it’s my fault for falling for their lies. I will honor my word and pay for my mistakes just wish they were just slightly honest. More
