momma's got a brand new ride We decided to trade in our Yukon that we had previously bought through Jeff at Snell. I messaged Jeff with a few questions and asked if we could stop We decided to trade in our Yukon that we had previously bought through Jeff at Snell. I messaged Jeff with a few questions and asked if we could stop in the next day and test drive. He quickly responded and said he was gone til Thursday but would have another sales person help us. We contacted Snell the next morning and got set up to meet Nick. We found out Jeff was getting married! I was so amazed by his dedication to his job and customers by getting back to me the night before his wedding! We test drove and fell in love with the 2016 GMC Acadia and haven't returned it! After Jeff was back to work he helped us go over everything in our new car. Loved my Yukon but love my Acadia even more which I didn't think was possible! Thanks Jeff and Nick! More

Unbelievably easy!! Jeff worked quickly to find us a vehicle that worked for us. Even though there wasn't one on their lot, he got one in the next day. Love the new truck The only issue I have come across was the trade in value I was quoted online was different from the offer I got at the dealer. When I questioned them about it they said the most my trade in would list for was $29.4k. I see they have listed it for $1k more. I just don't think they where fair in the trade in. More
