Communicated with sales daily for a week with no answers. While I was sitting at desk he had face book messenger up with a message from apparently a friend offering to over pay for car if he doesn’t sell it to me LOL I can’t make this up. 11/04/2025 still no contact from Don Wood. I expected more from a dealership this size. Please do you homework before purchasing from Don Wood Automotive. Also share my unanswered text and correspondence. Even though we both signed a paper to work together on any issues before escalating. I believe they reset check engine light for fuel leak also to top it off. Comes on 5-6 days after reset. However, protections are available under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), which prohibits unfair or deceptive practices in consumer transactions, including used car sales.
