JJ did a great job responding to our questions, providing alternatives and addressing our concerns. If only car dealers would be more sensitive to our own time demands. The entire process from when we walked through the door, through discussing options and finally reaching agreement went as fast or faster than I’ve ever seen elsewhere. However, the time between reaching agreement and walking out with my car seemed interminable. Not worse than I’ve seen elsewhere, better than most, but the process could be made more quickly.
