Not transparent with their pricing. Tried to charge extra unwanted fees. Sat for over an hour waiting to sign a couple of forms to complete a cash deal. Car was not detailed properly up Tried to charge extra unwanted fees. Sat for over an hour waiting to sign a couple of forms to complete a cash deal. Car was not detailed properly upon delivery. Had to bring vehicle back for a repair a few days later which can happen with a used car, but the service dept didn’t thoroughly look into the code that was there, “fixed” the vehicle only for the problem to recoccur less than 24 hours later. Sloppy experience from a place where I expected to have a nice day buying a car. More

I’ve been going to Antioch over 20 years now, and I’ve had my ups and downs. I can say, if I need a car deal Jeff in sales is the guy and if I need any service Gary is the absolute best. They keep me co had my ups and downs. I can say, if I need a car deal Jeff in sales is the guy and if I need any service Gary is the absolute best. They keep me coming back over and over. Collectively these two are the best of the best at what they do and you couldn’t find anyone better. They are Honest and they treat you like a person not a sale to add to the bottom line. This is very hard to find these days with businesses and I highly recommend them and the location as I always have a great experience with whomever I am working with there. More

Will never return. Went in to diagnose a check engine light. Waited and hour and a half and was told the timing was off and that I should replace the engine for $10,50 Went in to diagnose a check engine light. Waited and hour and a half and was told the timing was off and that I should replace the engine for $10,500. I declined needless to say. My truck stalled before I got out of the parking lot which has never happened. In addition, the steering wheel tilt let loose while driving (wheel dropped into my lap). I pulled over and called the service manager (SM) back. He was quite understanding and said come back and we'll see if the mechanic can undo what he did. 30 min later (SM) asked me to come talk to the mechanic. I thought they would show me the truck and what the issues were. Instead, (SM) brought me to his desk and introduced the mechanic. They were telling me they cannot do anything. The 2 of them started to debate what the mechanic had done. He said he didn't do anything. Frank got him to admit he had re-callibrated the crank and camshaft sensors and run a Phaser cleaning routine. I informed them both again that the engine now stalls while driving and is stuck in limp mode (or 4 cyl. mode)with minimal power. The mechanic was very irritated but more or less stomped away saying he would take another look at the truck. I told Frank that it was not helpful for me to have the 2 debate about the work done or not done in front of me and act like nothing could be done. I asked for help because whatever was done made the truck go from driving fine to undrivable (stalls and low power) . This is when (SM) did a 180 from good customer service, lost his cool and became angry. He told me they cannot help. I asked for a loaner to get home safely and he told me not unless I buy the $10,500 engine replacement. I found this ridiculous and told Frank as much. He suggested I tow the truck to a salvage yard, which I found rather offensive. I decided to escalate my concerns to management. I went to the cashier and asked for the manager and she kindly took me to the used car manager. He listened to the above story and said its a liability to the business to not provide a loaner and promised me a loaner and he would talk to (SM) and come back. Waited another 30 min. The 2 came back united to tell me it was all my fault for driving the car with a check engine light and that I had ruined the engine beyond repair. The used car manager told me that the dealer had no further obligation to me whatsoever and that I needed to remove my truck from the lot. I complained about shoddy mechanic work leaving me far worse off than when coming in AND paying $190 for that. The used car manager became engraged. He stepped within 6 inches of my face and said “you are pissing me off” in a most aggressive, confrontational and threatening way. This is unacceptable to say the least. There is no excuse for such a threat no matter what was said or how heated the discussion may have been perceived I am considering filing assault charges for the threat. I tried to contact the owner / gm to discuss but no response More
