That was a huge plus, other dealerships I've called either couldn't offer it or charged extra. Chance was always available to communicate, day or night, with whatever burning questions that were on my mind. He was a great communicator, he was clear, concise and consistently provided us with updates while our car was being built and shipped. The overall experience was top notch from the sales team to the financing department. Nowhere did I feel pressured to make a decision, which for me can sometimes sour an experience.
