Sebastian was fantastic. I knew the car I was looking for you did not have it at the dealership we agreed on a price. He kept me very informed while we located the car when I went to get the car everything was as we discussed. No last-minute changes everything was very transparent. The initial interaction I walked in and walked out within 45 minutes picking up the car was about an hour maybe an hour and a half and everything was as expected very informative throughout all the steps of her getting insurance financing what I needed to bring from the bank made the process so simple.. I often dread purchasing cars because of the wasted time, the stress of the dealership, the telling you one thing and doing another I did not experience any of that on this transaction in the future I’ll probably buy cars more frequently because it was such a simple nonstressed process to purchase a car from this dealership. I will recommend Sebastian and Huntington Honda to anyone. I know that’s looking to purchase a new or used on Judith in finance was fantastic and Barbara who I spoke on the phone one day was very helpful. Very informative. Upon returning my 2013 Honda Civic I made the decision (admittedly ill-advised) to go with another company/dealership completely. After fulfilling my latest four year commitment I was led back to Honda - specifically the dealership in Huntington thanks to Jen Curtin, a close friend and Business Manager. The sales, management, and finance staff were professional, patient, and passionate about their job and it was reflected in the experience they gave my wife and I. We are expecting our third child this July and the team of Marcin Malachowski (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Shaikh Mohammad (General Sales Manager), and Bilal Sheikh (Business Manager) were able to go "above and beyond" to get us in a 2020 Honda Pilot. The process was informational, stress-free, and friendly the whole way through. We plan on returning in several months to lease a second car with this group! Great experience! Honestly, my family has been loyal to this dealership for years. They all traded in their Dodge’s for Honda’s.
