Frank was great to work with but he is an even Overturf crew for our new car! If you’re looking for a vehicle, these are the people to work with! Frank was great to work with but he is an even better person. He truly cares about the customer and puts their needs in front of his own agenda. Multiple times, he had a day off but came into the dealership to take cake of me and my wife’s questions. He is always willing to go above and beyond expectations and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Overturf didn’t have the exact car we were looking for but Frank was able to organize a dealer trade with a dealership in Seattle. As soon as I said that I wanted the vehicle, a couple of Overturf employees DROVE to Seattle that night to pick it up. This was all a surprise for my wife and the whole team made this so special for us. Without me asking, they tied balloons to the vehicle and recorded her reaction when she saw it! Woah. Buying my first BRAND new car was a tough decision, and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and hones and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and honest. My wife and I went to look at some vehicles, and I mean only look. The thing that stood out to me was that Brad never pressured us into running credit when we said we were just looking, which is something we have had issues with other dealerships (Toyota etc) and he spent numerous hours every day with us over a 3 day period before we decided to actually run credit. The entire time it wasn’t just about the cars we were interested in, and it was refreshing to be able to talk about other things like family, hobbies and such. For a majority of the time it felt like he was an old friend and we were just catching up. When it came time to make a decision, he went over every option with us so we knew exactly what we wanted to do, and he helped us make the best decision that was right for us. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had at any place of business, not just car dealership. Thanks to Brad and his friendship, honesty, and efficiency I’m now in a new car I love, and I’ve made a friend for life who I will be sending as many referrals as possible to. More
