She is cold and condescending, in fact everyone at the dealership was so inviting and warm, she was the only person that made us feel like she couldn’t wait to be rid of us. When we walked into her office she didn’t even greet us with a hello, didn’t wish us well or thank us for our business. She was awful and we never want to work with her again. More
