My #1 favorite Service Center and Dealership I’ve used Colonial Honda’s Service Center for 12 years running. I also bought my car from this dealership as did my husband. Both are our very first Honda’s and we are now devoted to this brand. They are much farther away from my house than several other dealerships and service shops but I’ll never quit using them. They are honest, reliable and do great work. Only once did I need to bring my car back for followup and they took care of it, no questions asked and at their own cost. They have a great staff, comfortable waiting area and just an overall positive experience each time I’ve been there. Being able to make online appointments was a great improvement these last few years. In addition, they offer free WiFi for customers, so I’m able to work while I wait. Now, that is super convenient! More

Where to start... From the first call, the girl who transferred me was rude and he salesman seemed upset that I didn't have the car's id number (sorry to burden him to look it up). He also rudely cut me off (i was trying to explain that I wasn't in front of a computer) and told me to "hold tight" when he had to look it up. I was about to not even look at the car because of the awful costumer service and experience thus far from a simple phone conversation. The sales associate was unknowledgable. For most questions, it was easier to look up the answers. I had to look up what type of oil, specs on car since he didn't know OR worse, he would give the wrong information. He told me the wrong horsepower, maybe took synthetic oil, unsure of missing piece in emergency kit- "probably just a fix a flat or nothing goes there" and those are only the things I KNOW was incorrectly told to me. It took a very long time for processing when they knew I was coming with a full check from my bank. Not sure how long the normal transaction takes but 2.5 hours seemed bit ridiculous. The woman who filed all the paperwork was very courteous, professional and friendly. However, the wrong car is listed on my registration (may be dmv's fault). The sales associate called and literally yelled at my husband about the negotiated price and that " he was paying out of pocket" for an oil change that was also negotiated. The car was priced right and dealership was clean and had a great appearance. After this experience, I would definitely not recommend this dealership UNLESS you can get a good deal on something. **I was contacted after this review and they seem very diligent on correcting the areas that fell short with my purchasing experience. They corrected the registration in a timely manner, which was DMV's fault (but still unsure why it wasn't checked before Colonial handed it to me). Unfortunately, even though they are addressing the issues internally, it still doesn't change my initial negative customer service experience. More

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom Farlow. He greeted me as I got out of my older CR-V and offered his assistance. Having done my research on the internet comparing the CR-V and other similar vehicles a me as I got out of my older CR-V and offered his assistance. Having done my research on the internet comparing the CR-V and other similar vehicles and knowing exactly what I wanted, I told him I wanted a new CR-V with heated seats. He worked very hard to make that happen. He has a wonderful sense of humor and I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward working with him. He explained the new car differences (with my older CR-V) and made the whole time-consuming purchase process much easier. Kudos to Jennie Lockett, Business Development Center Director, who went out of her way to obtain information for me when Tom was unavailable. She and Tom and so many other Colonial Honda employees made my experience with buying a new CR-V an outstanding experience.
