Worst customer service. I bought a rubicon from them - it had a defective crack in the fender and its been a nightmare to get it fixed. Overall very good BUT when I took vehicle in for an appointment made earlier in the week service writer stated I did not have an appointment and dealership would TRY to have vehicle done that day. Obviously I was a little upset as when making the appointment they could not fit my schedule so I altered my time to meet their timeline. They offer a scam lifetime warrant. My Jeep Wrangler had a engine failure under 100K miles and they said the warranty would not cover repairs. They already had to make an engine repair at 27K miles.
