Service Advisor Jennifer was terrific! One of the main reasons we've had all our Toyota vehicles serviced at Price LeBlanc Toyota. They treated my time as theirs. They were shorthanded because one service advisor had to leave. For a tire rotation I was there well over 2 hours. I get problems happen, but they sh They were shorthanded because one service advisor had to leave. For a tire rotation I was there well over 2 hours. I get problems happen, but they should advise customer, giving customer option to reschedule vs just making customer wait unknowingly. My time is not theirs to have automatically, but they treated it as such by not letting me know. Also, pretty sure they didn’t do the things they said they did, because when I reported, my vehicle became readily available. More

Most mechanics don’t recommend this service until around 80,000 to 90,000 and only if there is noticeable issues. More
