Upon arrival or even by phone staff knows who you are and they are extremely helpful and immediately addess your inquiry, call or visit in a fast and proper manner. While you wait you relax in a comfortable waiting area, with a tv , cable, coffee, a full and inexpensive vending machine containing a variety of healthful snacks . I selected Park Ford when my old dealership went out of business. They have been fantastic. Lori helped me turn in my old lease and got me into a 2025 without any difficulty. When it came time to service, the mobile option was amazing. A mechanic came to my house and changed the oil, rotated the tires, and took care of a minor recall item on the computer quickly and easily. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

I have been dealing with Park Ford since 2009 and I wouldn't think of going anywhere but Park. In 2017 my children surprised me with a leased Lincoln from White Plains (they obviously didn't know about wouldn't think of going anywhere but Park. In 2017 my children surprised me with a leased Lincoln from White Plains (they obviously didn't know about Park Ford) and even though I had concierge service with White Plains, I chose to have regular maintenance with Park. I trust them and have confidence in what they tell me. I have since purchased the Lincoln and continue dealing with Park. If I do purchase another car, there is no doubt I will be calling Bob D'Andrea, whom has been my salesperson since 2009. Respect, professionalism, knowledge of the product and honesty is their hallmark!!!! More
