Had to return yet again because the techs that swapped out my headlight put the wrong headlight in. When I purchased my car from here in 2023 I didn’t realize there were aftermarket LEDs installed. Instea out my headlight put the wrong headlight in. When I purchased my car from here in 2023 I didn’t realize there were aftermarket LEDs installed. Instead of taking my old bulb and moving it to the new housing, the tech just installed a regular halogen bulb. A day later I noticed that my headlights were 2 different colors!! More

i received nothing but professionalism and amazing turnaround on an e fine replacement. Zach was able to locate what was needed and get me back in the road again. Service advisors are friendly and courteous however communication between whatever call center they use and the dealership needs A LOT of work. Also the techs need to be more mindful of their work. I took my vehicle in for an airbag recall and headlight replacement and the next day the panels covering the side airbags they replaced literally fell off while i was driving. I took it back the next day and they made it right by fixing it on the spot. The day after that, i opened my hood to check my air filter and i noticed that one of the plastic tabs that hold my front bumper on was missing. I knew this was their doing because a couple weeks earlier, I took my car in to have the radiator replaced and all my clips were there. To replace my headlight, they needed to remove the clips to remove the bumper. Guess carelessness and/or laziness came into play and thought I wouldn’t notice. I figured its not worth wasting my time or gas to make yet another trip back for one of those clips so I’ll just take this loss for now. More
