I just purchased a pre-owned Tesla Y from Simon and Edwin at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the transaction easy and pleasant, even the GSM came in to just chat with me. It was more than a fair deal and I was in and out in under 90 mins. The finance manger was a pro and had me on my way in no time The experience was even more impressive because I too am a sales manager at another dealership and tend to be a harsh critic. These guys are absolute pros. They even let me know the windshield washer tank was defective at time of purchase and made an appointment to have it replaced. I dropped it off this morning and they delivered my Tesla back to me at my place of work, fully detailed. I can't say enough about how professional and pleasant these folks were from the sales to their service department. I hope we do as well with our customers at my dealership. Two thumbs up! More

The process was customer service driven from the first inquiry to the final pull off the lot. The entire staff seemed to operate without faulted or strain. They honestly kept the best interest of me, my family, and our overall wellbeing in mind when negotiating a win-win agreement. I am more than happy to recommend this particular dealership to all that are looking for a new or certified pre-owned Genesis.
