Right, uhuh! Then they look at the car and low bal you on what the car is worth (the switch). What a waste of my time, and so much less costly to pay off the remaining 2 month lease payments. So basically they want bury you by getting a new car and then you can finance a negative equity at a much greater cost than a simple lease-end. Shame on them. Bought 3 cars there. So much for customer loyalty. Taken my business elsewhere. More
